PHYLLIS DEITZ
Phyllis was born and raised in Bryan College Station. She married her best friend and #1 supporter Greg, 17 years ago. Phyllis gets to be a mom to 3 amazing kids. Phyllis started her first business at the age of 15 and started helping small businesses in the Brazos Valley almost 20 years ago. She always says that her Pappy taught her to never quit (something he learned from Paul Bear Bryant as a Junction Boy). Phyllis gets work ethic from both of her parents (who own and operate multiple businesses in the Brazos Valley for the past 43 years). Both things have helped her to have a tenacious spirit to help LOCAL small businesses! Phyllis is a QuickBooks ELITE Pro Advisor, QuickBooks Online Advanced Certified, and QuickBooks Online Payroll Certified.
ALICIA JOY HILL
Alicia Joy is a self proclaimed nerd, a boy mom (of 4), and the Operations Manager at Deitz Consulting. With experience in corporate training, team development, and one-on-one coaching, her role is similar to that of a coxswain on a rowing team (steer, empower, strategize, keep the pace). She's a dreamer, a doer, and a dad joke connoisseur. Besides her family, she loves entrepreneurs, teams, cooking, and Aggie football!
ALICIA LOPEZ
Alicia has been with Deitz Consulting since 2020. She is QuickBooks certified and has been a great source of life and laughter to the team ever since joining. Her discernment is also an extremely valuable asset at Deitz. She loves spending time with family and friends and perfecting her favorite recipes. Alicia is great at what she does but is also willing to ask for support and improve regularly, so we know her clients are in good hands!
DANIEL MALASENCO
Daniel grew up in San Antonio and went on to obtain a BBA in Management (with a focus in Consulting) from Texas A&M University, Fightin' Texas Aggie Class of '23. His first ever job was as a bookkeeper for the family business. With much time spent serving in college ministry as a student and then as a missionary, Danny was ready to step back into the world of numbers. He loves the Bryan-College Station community and wants to serve it to the best of his ability. Aside from BCS and numbers, Danny loves Jesus, spending time with friends, reading, and pursuing excellence in all he does.
JESSICA ORR
Jessica is a Bryan/College Station native and a graduate of Stephen F. Austin University with a degree in Human Development and Family Studies. Jessica is organized and attentive to details which allows her to excel in helping with many of the behind the scene operations at Deitz Consulting. Some of Jessica's favorite things to do are spending time with family and friends, taking day trips, and trying new coffee shops.
MATRISSIA REGNOLD
After a number of years working in the school system, Matrissia earned a BS in Accounting from WGU in 2022, all while working full-time and raising her two children. Since gaining her degree she has been gaining experience in the Accounting field, working in AP, AR, and account reconciliations. When Matrissia isn’t with the Deitz team, she is spending her time relaxing cooking or fishing with the ones who matter the most - her family.
