Phyllis is the founder of Deitz Consulting, where she helps small businesses streamline their financial systems and scale with confidence. With over 20 years of experience, she brings both strategic insight and hands-on expertise to every client engagement.

A lifelong Texan and entrepreneur since the age of 15, Phyllis understands firsthand the challenges business owners face. Coming from a family of business owners, she developed a deep-rooted work ethic and a passion for helping others succeed.

Phyllis is a QuickBooks Elite ProAdvisor and holds certifications in QuickBooks Online Level 1 and Level 2, QuickBooks Online Payroll, and the Intuit Bookkeeping Certificate.

Her mission is simple: to build financial confidence through every dollar. She believes that when business owners understand their numbers, they make better decisions, grow with intention, and lead with clarity.
